Working with a light fixture manufacture, this was the first Project in Vermont (1998) to use low temperature ballasts and 28 watt compact fluorescent for walkway and street lighting.

20 affordable housing units located in downtown St. Albans City (formerly the Waugh Opera House). Four-story historic renovation involved working closely with the owner, contractors and the architect to complete renovation of the existing top three floors while maintaining operations of an active restaurant on the first-floor level below.

This historic downtown renovation created 27 affordable apartments for area residents. Pearson & Associates provided mechanical and electrical design of this 26,000 SF two-story renovation. These renovations converted a former manufacturing plant for maple syrup equipment into a 27-unit apartment complex. In addition to demolition and removal of an on-site warehouse structure, all major building systems were upgraded during construction. Energy efficient and low maintenance mechanical and electrical design provides low operating costs when compared to other multi-unit apartment complexes.
