An Italianate-style granite building built in 1894; the Kellogg Hubbard Library is often described as the “Jewel” of Montpelier.
This project involved a complete restoration of the existing historic building, including seamless introductions of all new mechanical and electrical systems
An 8,000 square foot addition was added to house the new Children’s library and to expand overall shelf and administrative space.
Particular attention to lighting and other details maintained the historic significance of the building.
